AI adoption is more than handing out licences
We make sure AI does land, with your whole team. At AIStudio you do not just get a platform, you get the team that makes it work: connected to your processes, secure and under control. With guidance, so your people use it every day.
- Grip on AI
- For your whole organisation
- With adoption & guidance
Why
Technology on its own changes nothing.
Chances are something is already happening with AI at your organisation: a few accounts, a pilot, maybe Copilot. And yet the daily work rarely changes because of it, and that is almost never down to the technology. AI starts working once it is set up around your processes and once your people know how to use it.
The willingness is there, the guidance is not. That guidance is what we deliver: setting it up, showing how, guiding and adjusting are all part of it.
The baseline assessment
Every project starts with a baseline assessment among your employees: where are they with AI, what do they want, and which use cases do they already see themselves? That gives you a flying start straight away. Two things come back almost everywhere.

The adoption programme
From grip to growth.
No tool thrown over the fence and no separate advisory project. We work to a fixed method in four phases, from kickoff to daily use and beyond.
Grip
The ground rules first: roles, model choice, data rules and access management. The foundation is in place before anyone starts.
Start
The first teams, the first use cases and the first assistants. We set the workspace up and go live.
Adoption
Training, AI coaches and champions, measuring usage, collecting feedback and adjusting. That is how your whole team ends up using it daily.
Growth
New departments, integrations and assistants, in a fixed quarterly rhythm. No project that stalls.
And after that?
It does not stop when the programme ends. In a fixed rhythm we keep optimising, adding new use cases and measuring what it returns, so your organisation gets more out of it every round.
More than software
People make AI work.
At AIStudio you do not just get a platform, you get our team with it. We empower people, we do not replace them.
Into the daily work together
People are the key to adoption that sticks. What matters is how they use it in their daily work. We collect use cases from your teams, set the platform up around your processes and stay close during the first steps. From pilot to daily use.
Not fewer people, but people who can do more.
Handing out licences is not adoption
AI starts working once it is set up around your processes and your people. So we deliver more than a platform: setting it up, showing how, guiding and adjusting. Adoption sits inside the product, not in a separate change programme.

Going deeper
Services that build on the programme.
The adoption programme above is the base: every organisation gets that. If you want to go deeper on a specific point, you add one of these services, each with a fixed price and a concrete result. New to AIStudio? Start with Grip on AI in 90 days.
For those getting started
Grip on AI in 90 days
You know you have to do something with AI, but not yet what. We replace your gut feeling with the real numbers from your own employees, with a 90-day plan underneath.

AI Roadmap Session
In one session with your board or management team we hold your business strategy up against an AI strategy: the point on the horizon, the route for three years and the actions for year one.

Knowledge Mapped
If you want AI to do your work properly, it has to know your business. We map all your knowledge and give you a twelve-month route to connect it to Assist.

Frequently asked questions
What you want to know before you start.
How long before we are live with AI?
The workspace is running within a month and the first teams are working in it. That is the start, not the finish: the adoption programme runs on afterwards in four phases, from grip and start to adoption and growth. The deeper services have their own timelines. Grip on AI in 90 days takes two to three weeks, the AI Roadmap Session one to two weeks and Knowledge Mapped three to four weeks.
What does introducing AI cost?
That depends on where you start. The three deeper services have a fixed price: Grip on AI in 90 days costs € 1,750, the AI Roadmap Session € 3,500 and Knowledge Mapped from € 8,500. What the platform itself costs depends on your situation, and we make that concrete in the first conversation. We would rather work with a price fixed up front than an hourly rate that disappoints afterwards.
Do we need to run a pilot first?
Not in the classic sense. A pilot with a few accounts tests the technology, and the technology has worked for a long time. What you want to know is whether the work changes, and for that you need a set-up built on your own processes and teams that are guided. So we start small but for real: a few teams, their own use cases, in the same environment that will later run for everyone. What works there, you extend.
What kind of organisations is this for?
For organisations where knowledge work is the work and where people handle confidential information. Our clients sit in accountancy and advisory, construction and engineering, and property maintenance, among others. What they share is that separate AI accounts have stopped being workable: too many people, too much sensitive information and too little sight of what is happening. If you doubt whether it fits, we will say so plainly in the first conversation.
How much time does this take from our own people?
Less than a change programme, more than nothing. Count on a kickoff, a baseline assessment that employees fill in within a few minutes, and one session per team where we collect their own use cases. After that the time sits mostly in using it, because people learn this in their own work and not in a classroom. You do need someone who owns it internally, and we train AI coaches and champions who keep it alive in their team.
What happens when the programme ends?
The guidance does not stop. After the four phases we keep optimising in a fixed quarterly rhythm: connecting new departments, adding assistants and integrations, and measuring what it returns. That is deliberate, because AI projects rarely fall over at the start. They fall over six months later, when nobody is looking after them any more.
Can we stop without losing everything?
Yes. What you build up in assistants, prompts and knowledge is your property and is not tied to one AI model. Switching model is a setting with us and not a migration project, and your data sits on Dutch servers with processing inside the EU. How that independence works exactly is on the page about vendor-independent AI.
Move AI from scattered experiments to secure daily use.
In thirty minutes we look at your situation together and show you how other organisations tackled it.
By the end you know three things: how AI fits your business, what it will get you, and how you go live within one month.
