Where are we heading?

As soon as the first assistants in AIStudio start delivering, this question arrives on its own. Not what the minute taker does tomorrow, but what AI means in three years for the work, the organisation and your position in the market. In one guided session we draw that line, together with your board or management team.

Why

A sixty-page AI strategy is out of date by month three.

A course that matches practice.

The technology moves faster than you can update a plan. And most organisations only see what AI can do for them once the first use cases are running in practice. A traditional multi-year strategy is rarely usable as a result.

The AI Roadmap Session solves that. One compact guided session in which we decide together where the organisation wants to go, which steps are realistic, and what you do first. The result is one clear roadmap: short enough to circulate, concrete enough to start with the week after.

The session gives you the most when AIStudio has been running for a few months: then you build the roadmap on what you have seen work, not on what you suspect.

How it works

Half a day, four blocks.

Preparation

We ask for your strategic priorities, any existing vision documents and the practical experience with AIStudio, and build our session structure and first hypotheses on that.

Beforehand

The session

The session with your board or management team, led by Matthijs. Four blocks: the five-year horizon (what role should AI have), the three-year routes (what is realistic per phase), the first-year actions (prioritised on effort against return), and the risks and preconditions.

Half a day

Written up into the Roadmap

Compact and readable. Suitable as an internal decision document and to take to shareholders, management team members or department heads.

The week after

A one-hour review

Walk through the roadmap, adjust it, agree the first-year actions.

To close

What you get

Direction, route and a plan for the year.

The Roadmap

One compact document with the vision for five years, the phasing for three years and the actions for year one.

A one-page overview

On a single page: the phases, the main initiatives and the dependencies at a glance.

A prioritisation overview

Based on the ratio between effort and return per initiative.

Preconditions and risks

A list that needs internal attention to make the course achievable.

  • Includes preparation, the half day, the write-up and the review
  • Timeline of one to two weeks

The follow-up runs inside the existing collaboration: no separate proposal, no new quotation cycle.

Move AI from scattered experiments to secure daily use.

In thirty minutes we look at your situation together and show you how other organisations tackled it.

By the end you know three things: how AI fits your business, what it will get you, and how you go live within one month.
